We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Worker to lead and supervise a team of care staff in a residential care home. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to elderly residents, as well as managing the daily activities of the care team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor care staff
- Provide personal care and support to residents
- Ensure residents’ needs are met and document care plans
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed
Requirements: - Previous experience in senior care or similar roles
